The concert was amazing. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Lady Gaga is way more talented than most people are willing to give her credit for.
Also, I took lots of video with my iPhone, but they’re all terrible.
Here’s one anyway! Ha. I mean, the audio is terrible and you can’t see anything at all (the video either makes our seats look way worse than they actually were or serves as a testament to the power of the human eye because I could see way more than it looks like). I’m posting it despite all that because I feel like it conveys a sense of the excitement and fun that is Gaga. There’s really little that compares to 20,000 people singing along to “Bad Romance.”
Here’s some photos to make up for the horrid quality of the video.
I am still so proud of that lightning bolt. It was the only thing that kept me from crying a little.
Makeup for Gaga is serious business.
Proof that Husband really went.
The next day we went to Ikea. I want this kitchen. Really, I just someday want a kitchen that actually sees some natural light EVER. And these cabinets. And the plant thing.
We went to YoCream after. This was the most decadent frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. It was cookies & cream flavored yogurt with cookie dough, mini M&Ms, brownie bites, chocolate sprinkles, and crumbled Reese cups. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Husband’s vanilla shake with that pittance of Butterfinger looks pathetic next to mine, no?
Happy early birthday to meeee!
